Here is a feature we are absurdly proud of: you call, and a person answers. No phone tree. No please listen carefully, as our menu options have changed. A human, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 in the morning to 4:30 in the afternoon, who knows what zinc plating is and can actually talk to you about your parts. We are closed Fridays, because even people who fight rust for a living deserve a long weekend.
The phone is part of how the work moves. Typical turnaround is about seven days, and we can expedite when a line is waiting on parts and tempers are getting short. When something about your job needs a quick decision, you reach a person who can make one, instead of a ticket that ages quietly in a queue.
That same hands-on habit runs through the plating itself. A plater watches the bath and the parts as the work moves, so a problem gets caught at the tank instead of on your dock. Finished parts are inspected by hand and wrapped in kraft paper for the trip home. It is not the fastest imaginable way to run a plating shop. It is the way that keeps parts from coming back, which, it turns out, is faster overall.
So call us. Ask anything. Worst case, you spend a few minutes talking to a friendly human about corrosion. There are worse Tuesdays.
