Some parts cannot fail. Not in a thunderstorm, not in a desert, not five years into a job nobody wants to redo. Those are the parts that show up with a military spec on the print, and those are the parts we treat with a little extra respect.
Military zinc call-outs usually trace back to QQ-Z-325, the old government standard for electrodeposited zinc. It was cancelled and replaced by ASTM B633, so newer drawings often point at B633 while older ones still name QQ-Z-325 directly. Both define the same idea: a controlled zinc thickness with a chromate on top, called out by class and type. We plate to whichever your drawing names. We do not freelance.

The finishes are the same zinc and chromate we run every day, yellow, clear, and black, set to the thickness and corrosion target the spec demands. The difference is the discipline.
